Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council is delighted to announce there will be extra funding for priority themes for the October round of Community Fund Grants.

Mae Cyngor Tref y Drenewydd a Llanllwchaearn yn falch o gyhoeddi y bydd cyllid ychwanegol ar gael ar gyfer themâu blaenoriaeth ar gyfer rownd mis Hydref o Grantiau Cronfa Gymunedol.

Newtown and Llanllwchaian Town Council was pleased to play a part in the unveiling of a new heritage plaque marking the birthplace of Robert Owen. This plaque is part of a wider initiative to highlight Newtown’s rich history through a series of heritage trail plaques.

£37,336 to £40,221 pro-rata

Hours: 18.5hrs pw (up to 27.5 pending review) Monday to Friday, evening work will be required.

Your Newtown & Llanllwchaiarn Town Council is delighted to announce the official opening of the Warp & Weft Pocket Park – Community Garden, located on Union Street, Newtown. This exciting development has transformed a simple grass area into a sustainable, wildlife-friendly haven that provides a serene retreat for both residents and visitors.
